While fixing bug 425241, we introduced command event listeners, which allowed to register callbacks for typical UI events while collecting command parameters, e. g. checking a checkbox, etc. Since such callbacks may want to manipulate the DOM (especially other parameter DOM elements), we need to find an elegant way of delivering the parameter DOM elements to the registered listeners.
