I created a simple node project and decided to put its contents into a subfolder. In order to accomplish my goal, I used the cut-paste shortcuts (Ctrl+X, Ctrl+V). Although the right hand side view changed to the subfolder I was pasting into, the navigator view did not react and the files were still in the top-level folder. A page realod resolved the incorrect view.
