At the moment it's unclear how you get a username/password to push an application.

At a minimum, we should have something on the settings page which is "These settings are related to your CloudFoundry supporting Platform as a Service (PaaS) provider"

Later, we should offer links to those that we know have trials or freemium versions of support.  CloudFoundry.com and or IBM's BlueMix once it is in open Beta.

We might be even able to talk to the respective parties to get some sort of access code for free accounts or at least link the discover of their service back to OrionHub.

This would be an easy fix. Could just add some links to the "Enter your Cloud credentials below" popup message.

"Please enter your Cloud credentials below to authorize deployment" I think this message is clear enough.
