Its best to ask questions on one of the forums ... http://www.eclipse.org/forums/ ... but, guess if you don't know where to start, that's not easy to navigate. The Eclipse Standard Package (which is what I assume you mean) is "built" (assembled) by the EPP Project: mailing list: http://dev.eclipse.org/mhonarc/lists/epp-dev/ git repo: http://git.eclipse.org/c/epp/org.eclipse.epp.packages.git/tree/packages bugzilla: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/buglist.cgi?classification=Technology&component=standard-package Will mark as "invalid", since not a bug report, but hope my answers point you in the right direction.
