I recently registered for EclipseCon. I noticed that there was not conference code of conduct that appears when you register. This was in place for other EclipseCons when you registered. I also couldn't find it on the web site. Is this an oversight? This was addressed for earlier EclipseCons in bug 245309. Also, Ian Skerett mentioned that there would be on in his blog earlier

As an aside, this is not just helpful for people from minority groups at tech conferences who are unfortunately more likely to be harassed. I had the situation at an event I was involved in last year where a male attendee was harassing another male attendee. In situations like these it is good to have a clear policy in the event that an incident occurs.
