We should add support for "ScrollViewerView"-controls.

Unless we run into problems with automatic scrolling, we won't be supporting ScrollViewerViews.

Re-opening (as we need implicit support for this) and setting the dependency as mentioned in comment 1.

The ScrollViewerView just provides a view for the ScrollViewer. So there is no need to distinguish between them.
