We should add support for "MenuFlyout"-controls.

If I remember correctly, we want to deal with these as context menus.

As I can't find any automation peer class for a MenuFlyout component itself (only for the a MenuFlyoutPresenter) I am adjusting this bugs summary accordingly.

We're currently no longer planning / working on adding support for this.
