We should add support for "Flyout"-controls.

The idea here is to support the items within Flyout controls. If we need Flyout-specific actions later, we may add them.

As I can't find any automation peer class for a Flyout component itself (only for the a FlyoutPresenter) I am adjusting this bugs summary accordingly.

We're currently no longer planning / working on adding support for this.
