Description Douglas Pollock CLA 2003-09-04 09:16:53 EDT
In reference to Bug 37280, a new check box has been added to the
WorkbenchPreferencePage. This page can be seen by opening preferences and
selecting "Workbench" from the left-hand tree. No work has been done on help:
no linking of context-specific help, and no updating of any documentation files.

See Bug 18365 for more information about the confusion around the "rocker"
effect. This effect allows a user to hold down keys to execute select the part
to navigate to; when the keys are released, navigation occurs. This new check
box allows the user to turn off the navigation.

Is this checkbox "Keep next/previous editor, view and perspectives dialog open" ?

If so, it is mentionned in :

Workbench User Guide > Concepts > Accessibility features > Navigating the user interface using the keyboard > Cycling Editors, Views and Perspectives

Thanks, this looks fixed. It's also visible when pressing F1 on the page.
