We need an API to get logs from CF
Proposed API:
GET /cfapi/logs/ApplicationName - list log files
GET /cfapi/logs/ApplicationName/logFileName.log - get log file

The logs are already available for the application. There is a link in the projects view for CF launch configuration as well as from the CF applications site.
