The EMF Transaction HIPP is now available at https://hudson.eclipse.org/transaction/

Committers should now be able to login and manage jobs. Please note that unlike on the shared instance, you will need to use your _email_ address in order to login.

I also migrated your emf-transaction-master job over to the HIPP instance and left it disabled on the shared instance in case you need it.

If you require any additional Hudson plugins feel free to reopen this bug and list any plugins you need.

Based on your reply in bug 423957, bug 423956, bug 423955 and bug 423954 I went ahead and added the HIPP user to the EMF Transaction group.
