I am testing with Luna M3 on Windows 7. However the following issues are also valid for Kepler and I would appreciate if they got fixed there.

When switching the Windows to High Contrast Black mode, the View tabs do not switch and they are hardly readable.
If there is no resource opened, the Editor area and the Outline view stay in white background and switch to black only when anything is opened.
I am attaching screenshots of the observed issues.
