Fixed/not present in 4.4 M4.
No longer an issue in 4.4 M4 (32-bit Ubuntu Linux).

PW We're using CentOS 5 supplied GTK+ libraries - gtk2-2.10.4-29.el5 Linux Kernel is: Linux zelda.teamwpc.local 2.6.18-348.12.1.el5 #1 SMP Wed Jul 10 05:28:41 EDT 2013 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet. If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. It should read: Note: This preference may not take effect on all views Instead, on Linux, the word views is clipped from the end.
