In the documentation about layout, we does not document that algorithms (Top-Down/Down-Top/Left-Right) concerns only nodes connected by edges.

"NOTE: these layout algorithms manage only nodes connected by edges, other nodes are layouted from left to right as usual." has been added in the documentation about layout in the diagram section.
