I have been leaving autosave on, but am constantly hitting Ctrl+S before switching to my self hosting site in another window.  When autosave is enabled, this results in the browser save resource dialog opening.  If autosave is disabled, Ctrl+S does save.

Hitting the binding so often is habit from Eclipse (saving will hotswap code in my target workspace), but we should always override the keybinding.  It is unlikely the user is trying to open the browser dialog to save the page (when they are working in the editor).

I noticed this as well. I think it was fixed in the latest master:
