[I'm not too sure about the component :-/]

If a new view is added to in one perspective, then this view should 
automatically be added in the proper place in all relevant perspectives.

E.g. if I search for something in the Debug perspective a new Search tab is 
added beside the Console, the Tasks, etc... If I then switch to the Java 
perspective the new tab is not present, but have to be added manually.

It would be nice if this happens automatically.
