After updating to I20131201-2230 I noticed occurrences are marked off by one.

looks like this commit might have caused it: http://git.eclipse.org/c/orion/org.eclipse.orion.client.git/commit/?id=ddee07aa774b0a9aebf2030c0e4a56ce6f53f3ed

Seems like it is working in I20131204-2230
