The very useful ${build_project} variable is not documented in the help for external tools, e.g. in http://help.eclipse.org/kepler/index.jsp?topic=%2Forg.eclipse.platform.doc.user%2Fconcepts%2Fconcepts-exttools.htm. A straight-forward solution would be to copy over the context-help from the Environment/Variables tab in "Run configuration". (There seem to be some more variables, but I cannot judge which ones are worth documenting/replicating there).
