Clicking the button has no effect. IMHO, the default should be to enable all processors but to disable "intelligent code completion".

Would be okay. We should also add the ability to disable processors from the beginning though. 


Who should do this? And until when? Andreas, do you want to schedule this for 2.0.3 or 2.1?

I don't think it will fit into 2.0.3 (for Luna M4), so 2.1.0 is fine.

We have very similar infrastructure in place for the advisors already, which handles cases like "disabled by default" or "a previously installed advisor gets uninstalled". We could seek inspiration there.
