When we right-click on an existing .ui.xml file (within the file, not from Package Explorer), the list of menu options in the Team menu are duplicated (see the attached screen shot).

Duplicate Team menu options

When we right-click on an existing .ui.xml file (within the file, not from Package Explorer), the list of menu options in the Team menu are duplicate (as shown in this screen shot).

The same issue occurs for .html files.
