Created attachment 237646 [details] screenshot When I create a outline entry like: {name:'foo', start:0, end:18} no link is made in the outliner, so you cannot select the outline element and have it show in the editor. If I change the 'start' entry to be 1, the link is made, but when you select the outline entry it leaves out the first char. See the attached screen shot.
