Running the latest code with my site.
After I commit my code, I saw the message saying "The branch is up to date. You have no outgoing or incoming commits." But in the meanwhile I saw my commits is there. 
After refreshing the browser the message shows properly.

Possibly related to bug 416120, however still can't reproduce.
