Test case to reproduce the issue

compiler incorrectly reports the following error.
Type mismatch: cannot convert from Class<TC> to Class<? extends Annotation> for TC.class reported. 

May be related/identical to Bug 419331 though the test case there is different.

Raised the bug too soon.. This issue goes away if its not a forward reference - flagging as duplicate.
