- create a branch of the orion.client repository and check it out
- the Git Repositories page shows "Nothing to commit.  20 commit(s) to push.", though obviously this repo has a much longer history than 20 commits
- if it's difficult/expensive to determine this number accurately then perhaps the string should be updated to indicate there are _more_ than 20 commits to push, otherwise it can be misleading for cases that are not as obvious as the orion.client repository
