- click on the hamburger to show its menu
- Tab into it, the first item appears to take focus
    -> press up/down arrow, focus rect doesn't go anywhere
    -> pressing Enter does invoke the focused item, pressing Space does not

FWIW, you can cycle through the links with Tab. 

In Chrome, pressing Space does follow the link for stuff in the right-hand column (Related Links). In the left hand column (Main Pages) Space does nothing. Weird.
