I deleted a folder containing several files and folders in it. I went to git-repository in order to checkout those changes and noticed, that I apparently have no unstaged changes. I navigated to 'See full status' and confirmed my changes are indeed staged, but not mentioned on the main git repository view. Gosia, could this be affected with your section changes? I haven't seen this before while deleting files.

How this could possibly be affected by styling changes?
Please check the server responses and check if they contain information about those changes. If they do you may check if client picks them up in git-repository.js

Turns out, missing files were not treated as unstaged files on the repository view. Sorry Gosia for the false accusation. Fixed with: http://git.eclipse.org/c/orion/org.eclipse.orion.client.git/commit/?id=6069c41a3aabf060cd9097184d8fec0817a97a38
