Steps:
1) Have the navigator on LHS and click a project
2) Select some files in LHS navigator and delete them
3) RHS is not refreshed

The Same goes for a project.  I made a new "Git Project" and if I delete it from the LHS, the list of projects shown on the RHS is not updated

Is this happening on the Project nav or Mini nav?  I will attach a patch for the project nav.  Mini nav should be working already.
