We need to update the explorer using the modelEventDispatcher instead of loading its resource directly.

Created attachment 236245 [details] screenshot In 4.0RC2, the Navigator shows two views of the file structure, but only one (the outline panel) updates as I add folders/projects, the other (right panel) gets stale. Renames/deletes seem to not have the same issue. See screenshot.
