The Editor settings page has an additional check button (green circle). When presented with a second clickable button for a single setting it is very confusing.  The tooltip is helpful but not very discoverable (other buttons on the page don't have tooltips).

Simplest solution would be to put a small legend under the settings section that explains a green circle = available in editor drop down.

Having an immediate popup or tooltip on hover or when clicked would work as well.
