IE10 only.

1) Open an file on the edit.html page (i.e editor.js).
2) Grag the splitter and resize the RHS wider and narrower quickly.

While resizing the browser selection changes/flashes temporarily on either side of the splitter.

Splitter mouse events where not prevented in IE10.
