- Firefox and Chrome work fine

- press '+' to create a top-level folder, type its name, press Enter
- the new folder is created, but then the '+'s menu is subsequently opened a second time and given focus

This is no longer happening for me, something seems to have changed in the meantime.  Closing a WORKSFORME.
