Empty tooltip

After a successful 'link to server' command invocation, I've got a weird looking empty tooltip. See attachment.

Found reproducible steps for this problem:

1) Open editor page
2) Click plus orange button
3) Select "New Folder"
4) Press ESC to dismiss tooltip (do not click anywhere)
5) Repeat 2,3,4

Another problem on the same area:

1) Open editor page
2) Click plus orange button
3) Select "New Folder"
4) Click somewhere in the page to dismiss the tooltip
5) Repeat 2,3,4 several times
6) Repeat 2,3
7) Press ESC to dismiss

Note that one tooltip is dismissed, but there are tooltips behind it that only go away if you click on the page.
