Description Darshan Maiya CLA 2013-10-05 14:20:47 EDT
Observed Across: IE 8,10
Orion Version: 4.0M2

Steps to simulate:
1. Select some text in the edtior.
2. Hold the CTRL key without pressing any other key.
3. While holding the CTRL key, move the mouse. This causes the selected text to lose focus and in case other keys such as C, X, etc. are pressed after the movement of the mouse to invoke corresponding actions such as Copy, Cut, etc. they have no effect.

This has a rare occurrence when CTRL key is used to perform actions such as Copy, Cut, etc. but this becomes troublesome when we are trying to copy the text via drag and drop within the editor using CTRL key and mouse.

When we are trying to do a copy via drag and drop, moving the mouse while holding the CTRL key, first makes the current selection to lose focus and when the mouse is clicked to start the drag, instead of the selected text being dragged, the selected text is deselected and a new selection starts from the point where the mouse was dragged.
