Unless the application is configured to run in SWT compatibility mode, the NavigationListener is not notified during the first request. Tested in Chrome and Firefox. The client->server protocol looks fine.

Fixed in master with commit b0f601c4f7ba5fa55c3521e2c4c7af78234435f9.
