When replacing a parameter of a test case with a fixed value, the parameter still remains for the test case. This is sometimes useful but sometimes unwanted. So it would be helpful to open a dialog where the user is asked if he wants to delete the parameter instead of having the user do this manually via "edit parameters".

This has been discussed before (under a slightly different angle of view). Since removing a parameter from a Test Case changes its interface and possibly breaks references we decided to NOT provide an easy way to damage your project ;-)
