This is a bug to track some navigator rework:

- opening an editor on will sync with that file in the nav tree

- if you are focused in on a folder, and you open a file that is outside of the current root, the tree will refocus on the top root and then sync with the file

- the breadcrumb opens resources instead of changing the navigation tree
