I've initiated a trademark review.
Comment 2 Wayne Beaton CLA 2013-10-17 09:58:07 EDT
I've scheduled the creation review to run over the next week and conclude on October 23/2013. We'll initiate provisioning after the creation review is successful.

I declare this creation review successful.

Congratulations on your successful Creation Review! Please perform these next steps:

* Post to your Communication Channel that the review was successful
* Let your new committers know that they won't be able to fill our their committer questionnaires until *after* the NPPR has been submitted and they have received their automated email titled "New Committer Request Form."
* Remember that code cannot be checked in until it has gone through the Eclipse IP process. This should be easy since you can take advantage of the Parallel IP Process [1] once your project has conformed to the standards for incubating projects.
*A "project information" page [2] has been created that you can use to share information about the project with the community. As your committers are provisioned, they will be able to edit the information on this page.
Your project mentors are an excellent resource if you need guidance, and we urge you to make use of their expertise.

Note that I have submitted the project provisioning request on your behalf. You should receive a copy of that request via email.

Thanks, and let me know if you have any questions.

Hi Folks,

Besides raising [1] a Contribution Questionnaire (CQ's) for the projects initial code contribution, you
must also raise CQ's for every third-party library [2] that your project code makes direct use of.

Please review our guidelines for 3rd Party Dependencies [3]. Please first discuss with your Mentors
and/or PMC if you have any questions.

Thanks and let me know if you have any questions,

Richard

Project creation is complete, so I'm closing this bug.

Please do not hesitate to contact your project mentors or me for assistance.
