McQ showed me a case today where he ended up getting a white screen of death on a redirect page. What happened is that one of the plugins in his list failed to load because it was unreachable (e.g. his raspberry pi file plugin) and then the localization load from another plugin somehow also failed. We must be throwing an exception somewhere on the chain and are not handling it correctly.
