Forum notifications are sent from webmaster@eclipse.org.  I'd like to change that to forums-noreply@eclipse.org for these reasons:

1. It is more clear to users that they shouldn't reply to the email.  Webmaster gets the occasional email.

2. Bounces can be caught and dealt with automatically.

Looks like I'd had that idea before, since the alias was already created, and a bounce processor was in the works.
