Description

Hi Cedric, Thought I'd mention in case you were not aware you might consider requesting a HIPP instance [1]. This would give your project a Hudson instance which committers can create/update/delete jobs on their own without having to open bugs such as this. Also because per bug 414773 we are planning on deprecating the sandbox by the end of the year. [1] http://wiki.eclipse.org/Hudson#HIPP Sounds like the way to go then. Please stand bye while I check if it is ok for the project lead (Pierre-Charles in CC) OK for a HIPP instance. I guess this would also close bug 416816. *** Bug 416816 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** We would like to have the gerrit plugin in the HIPP instance and write access to download and code repositories. I created the Sirius HIPP which can now be accessed at https://hudson.eclipse.org/sirius/ Committers should now be able to login using their _email_ address as the username (unlike on the shared instance). Gerrit Trigger plugin has been configured and the HIPP user has been added to the Sirius project group. If any additional plugins are required feel free to reopen this bug and let me know. Great, it seems to work fine. Thanks! Digging through http://wiki.eclipse.org/Hudson#HIPP I could not find a way to understand how to access the download area (especially writting to it) Can we expect having the same mount point than the shared eclipse instance (hudson.eclipse.org/hudson) ? Yes the servers are configured to have the same mount points. Downloads is at /home/data/httpd/download.eclipse.org/ I think this is resolved now? Feel free to reopen if you disagree. (In reply to Thanh Ha from comment #10) > I think this is resolved now? Yes this is fixed, sorry for not reacting sooner and thanks. |
