Description Raimar Bühmann CLA 2013-09-09 05:07:19 EDT
Changing the object mapping shortcut in the workspace preferences to a NumPad key (NumPad0, ..., NumPad9, Numpad.) in combination with CTRL+SHIFT or ALT+SHIFT is not possible. This has been validated on Windows and Linux.

All other keys from the NumPad like NumPad+, NumPad-, NumPad* and Numpad/ are working correct with all modifiers (SHIFT, CTRL, ALT, CTRL+SHIFT and ALT+SHIFT).

I think, this is a principle problem, because the shift modifier with a digital number on the num pad keyboard is not supported by Windows and Linux. So it is not possible to repair this BUG. Nevertheless, the described not working key combinations should not be selectable from the perspective of a user.

I think this is more of a theoretical problem since most people won't use the keypad for mapping. As soon as we get lots of complaints we will look into this again.
