The bugzilla job runner wasn't happy.  I've restarted it and mail seems to be moving again.

The bug is back: bug 416359 was marked fixed on 2013-09-03 17:25:51 CEST but so far no notification has been sent to Markus or me.

I've reset the permissions on the shared (non-local) jobqueue.pl

FWIW, I had opened this bug with Mozilla:
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=648982

It is such an easy fix... I'll see if I can convince them.

Seems to be a problem again. Bug 416488 was filed today and I'm in the CC list of the project inbox, but didn't get a notification.

Same here. I've sent an e-mail to the webmaster since he won't be notified by bugzilla ;-).

Sorry about this; I've been futzing with Bugzilla to try and resolve another bug, and every time I do it resets file permissions on the email jobqueue.
