Same question for 21.00.180 and Apply Patch button and window title. I can find only one such segment in files, do they share the same ID?

Same problem seems to be with 21.00.310 - Commit changes. The button and the window title seems to have the same ID since I can find only one such segment in the files. This situation is not acceptable in Polish because the button and window title should have different translations even if in English they have the same form. We need separate segments for all buttons and window titles.

Added new strings for the following dialog titles:
* Clone Git Repository
* Init Git Repository
* Apply Patch
* Commit Changes
* Choose Branch (aka "Choose remote branch" -- not sure if this dialog still appears in Orion's updated 7.0 Git UI)
* Open Commit (aka "Find Commit")

If the old strings were not used elsewhere, I removed them. Some of them like "Apply Patch" are used elsewhere as button or command labels, so I left those alone.
