Steps To Recreate Problem:
****Perform test case 21.000.000 - PREREQUISITE SETUP first before proceeding****
Click on the Hamburger button

Select Git Repositories under the Main Page section

Click the Clone Repository button

Click the More
While the dialog is open, enter the following address into the Repository URL field: git://github.com/kenwalker/webapp_example.git

Click OK
Click webapp_example

Click on the Apply Patch button

Verify the strings highlighted in red in the Expected Results
Close the dialog by clicking the x on the right top of the dialog

Problem Description:
Enter fields of "URL" and "File" are not aligned well in Japanese.
