Click on the Navigator link under Related Links section

Problem: No Navigator link in Related Links session, only Shell and Editor.

Please advise.

Please, see the attached screencaptures:
1. When I go to the URL https://orionhub.org/navigate/table.html# as directed in 21.000.000 scenario, I see 21.000.020_table (without Navigator link in Related links section).

2. When I go directly to https://orionhub.org and it opens https://orionhub.org/edit/edit.html - then I see Navigator link (21.000.020_coding)

I've validated 21.000.020 scenario.
