I am learning how to develop android applications using eclipse and i am experiencing a problem with the auto generated java files in the android application project tool. I am not able to edit this file because it is the parent resources for the android tool. please help

Hi, David.  The Android development tools are produced by Google, and I think they have their own support forum and bug database.  Rather than filing a bug you should probably start with the support forum.
