I'd love to volunteer to help in spare time in making this happen. When last I spoke with the previous maintainer he said this was a bit of a mess.

I'd like to get involved with this - if you have time to reach out please contact me.

David,

there is very little knowledge about this module within the project, so we will not be able to give much assistance - other than by helping describe any API changes from 8 to 9.

So please have a go and just ask questions here, or on IRC and we will help as much as we can.

Hi David,

Great that you're interested in the WTP stuff - we've been looking for a maintainer. Have you familiarized yourself with the current jetty WTP stuff? If not, then if you start there and get yourself up-to-speed with it, then you can just ask the jetty team questions re the jetty APIs as you need to.

Oh, and it would also be a good idea if you signed your Eclipse CLA to help speed up the admin of any contributions. Here's the page to explain what to do: http://www.eclipse.org/jetty/documentation/current/contributing-patches.html

cheers
Jan

Jetty WTP layer is not maintained by the Eclipse Jetty project.
