During synchronizing, the Synchronize view shows some svn:ignored files among the outgoing changes, and when I click Commit, it wants to commit them. I have to do right click > Local > Cleanup (sometimes even multiple times) to make them disappear.

Versions:
  Subversive SVN Team Provider	1.1.0.I20130527-1700
  SVNKit 1.7.9 Implementation (Optional)	3.0.1.I20130507-1700
