I will do the participation agreement once I get the source document. I would suggest the Auto and M2M working groups take on changing their charters or at least delegate it to me. For the Mobile and SOA, I have added a 'TERMINATED' title to each charter. We also need to add the 'Out of date' flag to http://eclipse.org/pulsar/. We also need to do the same for SOA.
