The tab title of a view turns to bold only when I move the mouse pointer over it.

Example:
(I configure the Console view to not show console on any output changes)
I start a (tomcat) server, the current tab it the "Servers" one.
The title of the Console view should go bold to indicate new output is present.

But instead, nothing happens, until I move the mouse over the Console tab title.
